At the Texas Bluebird Society, we strive to promote the conservation of bluebirds and their habitats. Your contributions and purchases directly support this mission. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

 

Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, these funds are immediately directed toward our conservation efforts, educational programs, and operational expenses.

 

Donations

Donations to the Texas Bluebird Society are non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error in the amount of your donation, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction, and we will address your concern promptly.

 

Merchandise Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Event Registrations

Refunds for event registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis:
